Round Up

couple of questions:

1) can someone please give me a formula that can change a number that ends in 1-9 to 0, but being rounded up!

i.e. i have number 18, but i need it rounded UP to 20.

2) i need a formula that can increase a figure to 500.. If any number, after calculations, is lower than 500, i need it increased to 500.

please help

and
