I have a column of decimal number that I want to round to the nearest whole number.

However I don't want to round at the half way point.

If the number is 0.25 - 0.99 I want to round up.

If it is 0.01-0.24 I want to round down.

How do I do this?

Example of my numbers

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
I always imagine its going to be a nice complicated forumla.

Thanks for that!!
