I am trying to use rounding in my spreadsheet but the problem I have run into is that excel is using the original number before it has been rounded.

for example:when I enter: the following numbers in cell a1 b1 and result in c1

1.114 -.95 = .164

when I format or round 1.114 to 1 decimal place it displays 1.1 in cell a1

however it still displays the result as .164 in cell c1

how can i set up the formula or formatting to display and calculate as:

1.1 - .95 =.15 in cells a1 b1 c1 (with 1.114 entered in cell a1)

thanks for looking

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
