Rounding this IF

Using Excel 2003, how do I round this IF to the nearest 5 or 0?

PHP:
=IF(30<P4*0.075,30,P4*0.075)

To use MROUND, you have to install Analysis ToolPak (go to Tools>Add-Ins).
