Okay, so there is the data. The problem I'm having is that the Total Non-Service PR = 1. I divide that by the Total Req of 499 = .002 Ideally the columns in the % Non-Service from RCI to Rentals would equal T&T plus MW/FC because from RCI-Rentals is the breakdown of T&T and MW/FC

How do I round (to the nearest 1%) these numbers up whilst also having the division formula in the cell to calculate the percentage?

Thanks for your help!

Tara

P.S. Sorry the numbers are all screwy, it wouldn't save my format...

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
=B39/$B$12

That's my simple formula but I want to calcuate to the nearest 1%.

Any ideas at all??
