Hello, may i know how to highlight a row based on 1 condition?,
there is 1 master list of products with all details, now i am doing a monthly count of these products, and each time i count i mark it dow, so i gotba list of counted items, how do i highlight the row on the master list based on the mybactial count list, that is If it existbon my count list, then hihhlight the corresponding row in the master sheet, both list has common asset code, how to link them up

I think it would be helpful for us to see some sample data, from both sheets, so we can see how all this is structured so we can come up with a Conditional Formatting formula that will work for you (I am thinking that this should be able to be accomplished with a COUNTIF formula), i.e. something structured like:
=IF(COUNTIF(range on sheet a, value from sheet b) > 0

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
