I have aspreadsheet that has expiry dates on and it flags up in orange when its 6 weeks before expiry and red when its 3 but i don always check it and would like reminders sending to my outlook either by email or in my calendar.. Is there any way of doing this without manually doing so??

Many thanks

Yes this can be done through the use of macro's. Have a read of:

As a helpful suggestion, you should use aim to use specific title's for your question. "Rubbish at Excel" doesn't tell the reader much and generally speaking you'll get a quicker response if people can tell what your problem relates to.
