I run a routine in Access 2007 to create a workbook and run a macro in Excel.
It appears that the PERSONAL.xlsb does not load when Excel is called to open from Access. Why?

just like this guy:

Ive also tried to run the code from inside Access but, it takes at least 3X as long and it doesn't accept functions like CountA.

Am I doing something wrong? Maybe not enabling things I need to?

Help, please...

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
I guess I'll post what I determined to be the solution...
I had to open an instance of Excel and then call the username to open the PERSONAL.xlsb workbook manually.

Not the best solution, but still effective.
