Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Try

Code:
Sub HideRows()
Dim i As Long
ActiveSheet.Unprotect Password:="rangerover"
For i = 3 To 168
    Rows(i).Hidden = Range("V" & i).Value = 0 And Range("a" & i).Value = 0
Next i
ActiveSheet.Protect Password:="rangerover"
End Sub
