run time error 1004 auto filter method failed

Hey guys

I have the following code

ActiveSheet.Range("$A$1:$AY$50000").AutoFilter Field:=52, Criteria1:="<>#N/A", _
Operator:=xlAnd, Criteria2:="<>", Operator:=xlFilterValues

I get the above error. Any ideas?
