I'm trying to import a 1-2-3 file via macro while error msg is appearing.

run-time error '1004' Cannot open Lotus 1-2-3 file

I'm not able to understand what's the error: Do you have any idea on how to solve?

If you hit debug when the error pops up, which line does it highlight?

Workbooks.Open Filename:=Filetoopen is highlighted

Try changing:
Filetoopen = Application.GetOpenFilename("All files(*.*), *.*", , "File")
to
Filetoopen = Application.GetOpenFilename("All Files,*.*")
