Run-time error '1004': Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I created a vba to retrieve the data out of SQL server using the connection string (part of code shown below).

"OLEDB;Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Password=PASSWORD;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=ADUSER;Data Source=SQLSERVER1;Use Procedure for Prepare=1;Auto Translate=True;Packet Size=4096;Use Encryption for Data=False;Tag with column collation when possible=False;Initial Catalog=DATABASE1"

I recorded the macro and it works fine on my computer and computer of my collegue. However the other person who runs this macro gets an error message

" Run-time error '1004': Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

What could be a possible reason to it?
