Run-time error 1004: Method "goto" of object '_Application' failed. Any idea why I'm getting this error for the following: Application.Goto ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Quotes").Range("A1"), Scroll = True

Are the workbook containing the code and the specified sheet visible?

Yes, the sheet called "Quotes" is always visible and the command I'm having trouble with is in the same workbook - open and visible.

Yes, it is (although some cells in it are not)

In that case is A1 locked?

Yes...and that fixed it (when I unprotected cell A1). Thank you!
