Run Time Error 1004 using Replace

Hello,

its that time of the year again

I wonder if anyone can help with this:

Dim CarPark As String, DriverOff As String, DriverOn As String
Dim RepRgn As Range

Change_Driver.Select

CarPark = Cells(4, 9).Value
DriverOff = Cells(9, 9).Value
DriverOn = Cells(14, 9).Value

If CarPark = "B23E" Then

Set RepRgn = B23Data.Range(Cells(2, 14), Cells(4, 16))

RepRgn.Replace What:=DriverOff, Replacement:=DriverOn, LookAt:= _
xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, _
ReplaceFormat:=False


End If

I get Run Time Error on 'Set RepRgn' line. When using 'On Error Resume Next' no change takes place.

Try replacing this:
Set RepRgn = B23Data.Range(Cells(2, 14), Cells(4, 16))

with this:
With Sheets("B23Data") Set RepRgn = .Range(.Cells(2, 14), .Cells(4, 16)) End With
