Run-time error '13': Type mismatch

I am doing some mailers. I have addresses that I paist over from a web site. When I select >Add-Ins< 'clean addresses' then I select OK to mininize. Normally it comes back with address all in order and ready but now it stays minimized. When I bring it up it has an error "Run-time error '13': Type mismatch". Any one can give me any help I am a beginer to excel so you will have to post in simple terms. thank You.
