Could not set the Value property. Type mismatch

Sorry for all of the questions, but I'm trying to get this buttoned up since I am soo close. If my userform has no information on it I can change TextBox1 all I want, but as soon as I put something in other textboxes and then try to use a decimal point in TextBox1 I get this error. The only way I can change TextBox1 without everything freaking out is to take the number that is already in there (.06) and adding numbers in without making it a zero value. What is in cell I20 when the error occurs?

So I guess if you put a decimal place into TextBox1, E2 would become 0. which would make I20 -.0001? Would a negative cause it to freak out?
