Hi,

I need to run VBA code at a random time at night between 9:30pm and 10pm.

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

ActiveWorkbook.RefreshAll

Application.OnTime Now() + TimeValue("00:00:" & CStr(100)), "CDO_Email_Nightly_DSS"
Application.OnTime Now() + TimeValue("00:015:0"), "CDO_Email_Nightly_DSS_Detailed"

'ActiveWorkbook.Close
ActiveWorkbook.Close SaveChanges:=True

End Sub

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

Don't use the Now function, since that's giving you the current date and time. Instead, use the Date function, like in
VBA Code:
    Application.OnTime Date + TimeValue("21:31:00"), "CDO_Email_Nightly_DSS"
    Application.OnTime Date + TimeValue("21:46:00"), "CDO_Email_Nightly_DSS_Detailed"
