Hi, I've used this site to find solutions to problems before but I can't find a relevatn thread so I'm trying a posting myself.

I have 250 Input spreadsheets and one calcualtion spreadsheet. I want to take a set of data from each input spreadsheet, run it through the calcaultion sheet and produce 250 output files (ie effectively the calculation sheet with each set of input data).

For the iput data, say I have a file called 'Input23.xls', which has a sheet called 'survey' and a I want to copy cells A3:E250.

In my calcualtion sheet 'calculation.xls' I have a sheet called 'data' and I want to paste the survey data int this sheet, say to cells B3:F250. I then want to save this file as something called 'Calculation23'.

Any help on how I could set this up would be much appreciated.

Thanks :)

Chris

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Hey Rolf,

Thanks for the offer but someone has very kindly helped me out with this problem.

Kind regards

Chris
