Running a Macro on File open

I am trying to get a Macro to run on an Excel file being opened. So far no luck.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

this goes in the This Workbook module in the VBE

Thanks a bunch I was missing the underscore and more importantly I didn't know to put it in the workbook module. Thanks again
