I am wondering if it is possible to run a macro that updates data i and xls file that is updated everyday and resides in sharepoint.

There is a few tabs in the workbook an I would be writing an update statement to align the records to specific people based on a value in one tab and update the data on a separate tab.

Is this possible to do?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Here is more detail. In the attached worksheet I am trying to match the legacy field in the rep and territory tab with a concatenation of Branch, team and terr on the DMOS02 tab and put the reps name into the sales rep field. the spreadsheet will grow in size every day so it will have to loop through all of the rows, which will be different each day.

Example
Rep and territory tab
Rep name Legacy
Rep1 6831101

DMOS02 tab
Branch Team Terr
683 1 1

Match Legacy field on the rep and territory tab to Branch&""&Team&""&Terr&""& on the DMOS02 tab and update the field Sales Rep with Rep Name from the rep and territory tab for all of the rows in the DMOS02 tab

And do this all from a macro and the file with the above data resides on a sharepoint site
