I use an Excel Table to keep track of my finances because my paydays are irregular (every other Friday) relative to my bills. My cash flow formula keeps a running total perfectly but new records are entered at the bottom. My bank, however, shows transactions with the new entries at the top. I want to modify the following formula so that the new entries and running total appear at the top. That will make comparison to my bank account easier to review.

Here is the formula that works with new entries at the bottom. It sums deposits (AmtIn) less withdrawals (AmtOut) and yields the correct amount in the Balance column.

Code:
=SUM(INDEX([AmtIn],1):[@AmtIn])-SUM(INDEX([AmtOut],1):[@AmtOut])

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
tom
