runtime error '1004 'Range of object _Global failed

Hi
all of a sudden i am getting this error "runtime error '1004 'Range of object _Global failed".
earlier this used be working fine, dont know what happend as i am new to VBA.

when i debug this i am getting this error at the following code

Range(rcout & outcolml & 1) = Range("'heads'!" & outcolml & 1)

Can someone kindly help me out. thanks

What are the values of rcout and outcolml when the error occurs?

outcolm1 = "A"

looks like Range("'heads'!" & outcolml & 1) is the issue.

outcolml is the correct one.

Is that definitely what it is in your code when you assign the "A" value to it?

yes Rory. variable is same outcolml .i have checked it again.
