Hi all,

I am trying to create a macro to send an email via outlook.

The code works on my computer but it does not seem to work on another computer, where a Runtime error 1004 is returned. "ActiveWorkbook.EnvelopeVisible = True" being highlighted when I try to debug.
Please see my code below.

Sub Send_Selection_Or_ActiveSheet_with_MailEnvelope()

ActiveSheet.Range("C1:M47").Select

ActiveWorkbook.EnvelopeVisible = True
With ActiveSheet.MailEnvelope
.Item.To = Sheets("Email").Range("A1").Text
.Item.CC = Sheets("Email").Range("A2").Text
.Item.BCC = ""
.Item.Subject = "Report_" & Format(ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Chart").Range("C2"), "dd mmm yy")
.Item.Send
End With
End Sub

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
