S.O.S Cannot find a backup of a book???

Hi, Please does someone knows if excel 97, by it self does a back up of a book.... because i overwrite one by mistake and i don remeber all the changes that i did to the old one..... does anybody???

Hi Sergio

Excel97 does not do a backup.
If your file was on a network then perhaps you could see if your IT can get a back up of the date it was last change.
Hope you can get it ..... It is a lesson I learnt the hard way ... Back up
