Sales Calculation

O.K., I'm back. I have the following calculation that was provided in a previous post. However, I forgot one additional formulation to it.

Here is the current calculation:

=IF(B16>=12000,5%,IF(B16>=8000,3%,IF(B16>=2500,2%)))*B16


Here is what I need additionally:

The above is only true "IF" B16 is 10% or greater than C16.

Any help would be appreciated.

I assume that means that if C16 is 100 then B16 needs to be 110 for the above to apply....what if it isn't? Assuming zero in that case try

=IF(B16>=1.1*C16,IF(B16>=12000,5%,IF(B16>=8000,3%,IF(B16>=2500,2%)))*B16,0)

Yes, your assumption on the C16/B16 was correct. And, yes, your assumption on it being zero was also correct.

Your formula works perfectly! Thank you again!!

My problem is that I'm not thinking "excel". I've got the right idea, it's how I'm trying to write the formula that doesn't work. You have the C16 THEN the B16 as it applies. I kept trying to somehow make the B16 apply to the C16...frustrating.
