Sales Pace using Pivot Table

Hello,

I have a question regarding Pivot Tables. I am trying to calculate the sales pace of various products. There products are located in different places. I figured a PivotTable would be great for quickly looking at what I wanted to look at and zeroing in on certain areas.

The formula I use for sales pace is:
pace = count / [(max date - min date + 1) / (365/12)]

I have gotten the PivotTable to give me count, max, and min, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get it to tell me the pace. I've tried both calculated fields and items, but neither seems to work.

Here is a link to my example file: https://1drv.ms/x/s!Alym5XG__B1piXNmKC3dy1TfYCxx

Does anyone have any ideas how how to do this inside of the PivotTable?

Thanks,
Brad
