I have a sheet that contains daily sales by code for about 100 different codes. On another sheet I want to show the sales by week number and year. I have already put formulas in place on the daily sales sheet to show the week number, day and year from the date cell. But I cannot get any formula to find a total weeks sales, I have tried using sumifs and match formulas but nothing works. The formula needs to match the code, the week number and the year and total up the seven days for that week. Any ideas???

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Excel wont allow me to do a pivot table because it just wants to use the code and the individual daily dates. It will not allow me to do week numbers and year for example. The result is a pivot table with 365 columns when I want 52 (weeks)
