Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Hi,

The answer is: Yes.

However, there are probably more ways of doing it than you might want to know about and which one you choose will depend on whether you have access to program SAP and what your Authorizations are.

Some transactions have an option to use Excel to display table data. Others have ways to export data as Excel workbooks. There may be a report that displays the data you need that has an Excel export option. There are also SAP functions that you can call from Excel and, preferably, BAPIs. There are third-party programs available that will access SAP for you. Quick Test pro and LoadRunner used to be two. I don't know if they still exist.

If you have ABAP access you should be able to write a transaction to do exactly what you want.

There is also the SAPGUI script option that you may have access to. That allows you to record the steps you are taking. You can then use that as a basis for an Excel macro to perform the steps for you.
