Hi There,

Background: I have 6 staff all using their own workbook, each workbook contains a sheet for each day of the week. Their data links into a master workbook. The master workbook I Save As.... with the week commencing date at the end of the week and then clear the data off the staff sheets so they are ready for the next week...... Works well, however, I need to go one step further and have the master saved as an overwrite file so I can save as often as I like....as my sheets are all linked in together, if any sheet is cleared early, my master loses that data....trust that makes sense

Many Thanks

Craigos
