hi,

I want to save WB with method saveas:

Code:
    Dim DefaultDate, Now2 As Date
    DefaultDate = Now()
    Now2 = Format(DefaultDate, "dd/mm/yyyy")

    ABC.SaveAs ("Today " & Now2 & " .xls")

Why I got error like:
run-time error '1004'
Method 'SaveAS' of object '_Workbook' failed

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
use something other than a forward or backslash.. periods or hyphens work pretty well, as do underscores or simply spaces.

I did as below and is ok now:

Code:
Dim DefaultDate As Date
    DefaultDate = Now()

    Incidents2013.SaveAs ("All Incidents Since Jan 2013 " & Format(DefaultDate, "YYYYMMDD") & " .xls")
