Save As PDF (Using Cell Value To Name)

Any help greatly recieved.....

The below code saves a worksheet to PDF, but I want the file name to equal whats in Cell AF3

If someone could just help with what needs changing that would be great

 ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:= _
        "C:\Users\ph0301\Desktop\Sub Con Fab Prog - .pdf", Quality:=xlQualityStandard _
        , IncludeDocProperties:=True, IgnorePrintAreas:=False, OpenAfterPublish:= _
        True
