Save PDF and Email - set file name

Hi,
I have adapted a Macro that I found to save a Work Sheet as a pdf and then attach it to an email.

It works fine but I want the name of the pdf to be saved with a reference to a cell instead of the work sheet name. I have a named cell "ncSubject" (which is Cell P2 on the ws) that I want it to use as the pdf name.

Please help?
