Save to many directories on a network

I have a file stored on a network directory, which when I save, need to save to other directories, possibly as 'Read Only'

So why not just use File>Save as..., navigate to the appropriate directory and select Read Only if required?

Or is there more to it?

I need it to be done automatically using a button.

I'm nearly there I think.....
