Save workbook without sharing

I need to use a shared workbook. Make changes and save to a different file/location.

How can I save this to the different location, without the sharing?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)

Save as, choose location then open & remove the shared workbook option?
