I've got this workbook with one sheet being an invoice. Its got all the borders around the header info and vertical lines for the columns. How can I save this sheet so that if I email the invoice sheet to somebody who doesn't have excel, they can open it as a text or doc file and it appears just as it does in my workbook. I don't know if there is a "fileformat" that will allow this or if I can save it as an image. Thanks

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Copy the Range of cells as a picture and paste to your email.

To copy as a picture, select the range you want to copy.
Hold down the shift key and click the Edit dropdown menu.
You will see an option to "Copy as Picture".
