Thanks I will give that a try but I was hoping to just save the form only. So that the user could click on the name or icon and bring up the form any where they are working i.e.. any workbook that is open. Without having to open another workbook
I made a Vba user form I created a button In my home tab that would run a macro to show the user form using the Custom UI Editor that I downloaded from Here Change the Ribbon in Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 I followed the instructions and every thing works fine. I then saved the workbook as a Add in and loaded it.Closed the workbook. The button is in my home tab but when I click on it I get this error "Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment "If I open the workbook manually then I see two buttons and when I click on either one then the form will show. What I am trying to achieve is to be able to put this add in on mutable computers at work that would allow the users to run this form without having to open the workbook manually i.e. click the button in the ribbon and run the form. Thanks for any help
