Saving as image and exactly retaining dimensions

Hi there,

I made this sheet, with exactly 30 * 30 cells of each 16 * 16 px in size.

Now I wish to "export" this so I can use it further. Preferably I'd export it as a png, though I could also use a pdf.

However what happened during printing is that the dimensions got "changed": no longer was it a square but instead it became something like: 550 * 500.

So my questions are:
1) Can I export a sheet/selection as image?
2) Can I make sure excel doesn't change dimensions on exporting?
