I know this seems to be a silly question but how do you save an Excel file as a Web page and how do you send it across the web to be viewed by someone else.

I was looking at several videos last night and I could have an Excel file as a Web page but I couldn't modify the worksheet and my page didn't look like the Excel web pages in the video. I ever checked out Lesson 94 by Mr Excel himself and couldn't see to get the file to work after watching the tutorial. I'm definitely doing something incorrectly but I don't know what.

I've checked all the option buttons in the publish dialog box but I'm unable to edit the published version. Also, how do I send this file across the web - as a regular attachment?
