Saving file with cell contents & date, then emailing file

I would like to find a code which saves a file with the cell contents, then the date. I've seen some codes which add the date, but can't amend this myself to add the cell name before it.
Would like the Save As box to load up, so I can select the folder.
Once this has been complete, can it send off in an email or place in my outlook draft?
