Saving print settings in workbook for multiple printers in different offices

I have created a file with multiple sheets that different locations access through our public drive. Each sheet has a different print setting. I can get the form to work in my office but as soon as another office uses the form, the print settings are gone. I tried to create macros and even those print settings, such as duplex and legal size, are deleted. Each office is having to individually reset the print settings on each file they pull which takes too much time and not everyone understands it. How can I get the print settings to save to the file and work in different locations/printers?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
I have just answered the same query. The simple answer is that apart from what is in Excel we have no control. If there is some pattern (eg. specific printer names ) we could use that to do something - but the possibilities are still limited.
