I've a file in Excel (main file) that is linked to 8 other excel files with data(data files). Depending in what you choose in main file, it will get info from the other data files.
Until some days ago everything was fine, but from a moment to another i've a problem:
when i save the main file with one of the data files open (one specific that i've already identified) the main file gets 23 mb (the "normal size") but...
when dta specifiic data file is closed the file gets 40 mb.
I've all data updated, and nothing was changed to that happen.
One issue: Main file was made in excel 2007, but saved in compability mode of 2003 and data files are excel 2007
