Scaned blank Forms as Background to be used as Template

Im trying to scanned a Blank Form (Ex. Cash receipts) and put this in my excel sheet as background.. this will serves as my guide in filling up all needed information for Printing into the actual Cash Receipts forms.... Im using Excel 2007

Go to Page SetUp Tab ==>Bckground Image and choose the scanned form image file.
