Scatter Chart? Bell Curve?

I have likert scale data:
-29.0 through +29.5

I have four different likert scales that need to be graphed in some manner.
the original thought was to create a bell curves to demonstrate the commonality of each set of data.
- - That has proven difficult, or impossible as I cant figure it out.

Then the thought moved to using frequency to give a comparative view.

I have watched all the videos.
the challenge currently is the inability to create intervals using negative numbers.
I am using excel 2013..

I have only taken an excel class in college 20 yrs ago. I'm confident there must be a way to get all four of these sets of data onto one chart (that is not a bar graph - per boss' orders)

I would love to hear any thoughts.

If you set up your "scale" and frequency like this, you can use the chart wizard and make a "Scatter Plot with Smooth Lines and Markers" (after selecting the data)

Then, you could add the other data sets via right-clicking the graph and using "data sets..."

If you set your data up like this (left column is scale, right3 are frequency/occurances), and highlight the data (no headers - seen here as A2:D12), the "Scatter Plot with Smooth Lines and Markers" in the chart wizard will do what I think you are asking.
