<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p> </o:p>I need to a scatter graph in a stop light format in the background (red, yellow, green).

In addition, when I use the chart function (to create the scatter graph), I have been unsuccessful in being able to change the background (red, yello, green) and get the data labels to show up in text format (currently showing up as numbers).

Any thoughts?

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Hi mumtaneja and welcome to the forum.
Do you need just change the background of your graph or the points on the scateer graph should be in stop light colors?

Could you post some data and maybe a desired result?
