Scatter Plot Chart with Pre-Defined Value Ranges

I have a large series of data (8546 data values) that I'm wanting to represent visually through a Scatter Plot Chart. These values all could fall within a range of 4 values (see below). I'm having an issue trying to figure out how to properly get the information to pull.

Min value: 14040
Min-Mid Value: 20157
Mid-Max Value: 26274
Max Value: 32391

Here is a sample of the data that I want shown on the chart:
