How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

Public. From the Enum help page (edited):

Syntax
[Public | Private] Enum name
membername [= constantexpression]

End Enum

Part Description
Public: Specifies that the Enum type is visible throughout the project. Enum types are Public by default.

Private: Specifies that the Enum type is visible only within the module in which it appears.
