Scroll Bar (Form Control) Glitch

I have a scroll bar linked to a cell and a macro assigned to said scroll bar. The macro uses the linked cell to pull some data, but otherwise does nothing. When I click either end arrow with the intention of increasing or decreasing the cell by one, the scroll bar just keeps going until it hits either the set max or min and then runs the macro. The weird thing is I have a different scroll bar linked to a different cell with the same macro, but it does not do this. I already tried replacing the scroll bar with a new one as well as double-checking the properties, but neither of those worked. Is this just a weird glitch or am I missing something?
