Have you checked Freeze Panes?

Sometimes excel goes a bit weird with Freeze Panes on. Turn them off then try scrolling.

Hi Pedie,
So... was James right? Was it just the Freeze Panes or is it still stuck?
If it's still not scrolling then is it possible someone has set the scroll area with vba or are you the only one who has worked on this workbook?
