Is it possible to replicate a scroll arrow in the form of an autoshape so that by keeping the autoshape pressed it would cause the WS to scroll?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

Office Version

Platform
  1. Windows
Her is an attempt : Place an Arrow shape pointing to the right on your Worksheet and assign to it the Sub below :

Code:
Sub Test()

    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    With ActiveWindow
        ActiveSheet.Shapes(1).Select
        Selection.ShapeRange.IncrementLeft .VisibleRange.Columns(1).Width
        .SmallScroll ToRight:=1
        ActiveCell.Select
    End With

End Sub

Note that this assumes the Native Worksheet scrollbars are hidden as using them would cause the Arrow Shape to disappear from view.

Regards.

Thanks rafaaj2000,

The thing I'm really after is keeping it moving if you keep the arrow pressed
