Hi
Why the use of a property Scrollarea from the Properties screen in VBE ,Do not work after closing and opening the file.

I don't know why it isn't saved. If you want it to be set when the workbook opens then you need code in the ThisWorkbook module like

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Sheets("Sheet1").ScrollArea = "A1:F12"
End Sub
